The terms and conditions set forth below constitute the agreement between you and the ZHONGSHICAI platform. By reading and checking the box labeled "I have read and agree," you accept to be bound by these terms, including but not limited to this agreement and any updated AI content generation rules (including one-click image/video replacement) that ZHONGSHICAI may publish from time to time. Such revised terms shall take effect immediately upon being posted on this website without prior notice.
Platform: Refers to the ZHONGSHICAI AI Content Generation Service Platform, including AI video generation, AI image generation, virtual human creation, one-click image/video replacement, and payment-related modules.
The customer hereby warrants as follows:
(1) All content generated, published, or replaced via ZHONGSHICAI (including but not limited to AI videos, images, virtual human materials, finished products, and linked distribution channels) complies with applicable laws, regulations, and official standards. Such content must not harm national security, contain pornography, illegality, defamation, harassment, or infringe upon third-party intellectual property rights, portrait rights, reputation rights, or public morals. ZHONGSHICAI may review content but does not assume legal responsibility for its validity. The customer is solely responsible for compliance.
(2) AI-generated and one-click replaced content must be true and legal, without false advertising. For commercial use such as product/service promotion or virtual human commercialization, customers must hold legally required qualifications and ensure products/services meet national and industrial standards.
(3) All virtual human images, AI materials (images, audio, video, background music) used by the customer are either originally created by the customer or legally obtained with complete authorization.
(4) The customer shall provide supporting documents upon the platform’s request, including but not limited to portrait rights authorization, copyright certificates, trademark authorization, approval numbers, inspection reports, and other proof of legitimacy.
(5) All components of AI-generated content (text, images, audio, virtual humans, links) must be consistent and relevant and must not mislead consumers.
If the customer breaches any warranty, ZHONGSHICAI reserves the right to remove content, suspend creation functions, or terminate services. Any remaining paid balance shall be forfeited as liquidated damages.
(1) The customer is responsible for the security of their ZHONGSHICAI account and password. All activities conducted under the account are the customer’s sole responsibility. Customers may not resell, rent, or lend accounts or related services to third parties.
(2) If content contains viruses, malicious code, pop-ups, unauthorized settings changes, or information theft, ZHONGSHICAI will suspend services and retain all prepaid fees. If damages exceed the prepaid amount, the customer shall compensate the platform for full losses.
(3) Platform services are for customer use only. All legal disputes arising from commercial activities are the customer’s sole responsibility. ZHONGSHICAI does not control or interfere with content ranking on external distribution channels.
(4) When using services such as material upload or one-click replacement, customers may grant temporary device permissions (file access on PC, photo album access on mobile). These permissions are used only temporarily during active operation; no background data collection occurs.
(5) The platform may use third-party cloud storage services. All providers are required to comply with privacy laws and only process data for storage purposes without disclosure or abuse.
(1) If ZHONGSHICAI incurs costs due to third-party claims (including judgments, fines, settlements, legal fees, travel expenses), the customer shall fully reimburse the platform within 5 business days. Late payments incur an annual penalty of 0.05% per day.
(2) If customer usage causes complaints, legal claims, or regulatory investigations against ZHONGSHICAI, the platform may remove related content and keywords without liability or compensation.
(3) The customer shall defend, settle, and bear all costs in response to third-party claims. ZHONGSHICAI may deduct costs from prepaid funds. Any insufficient amount shall be fulfilled by the customer.
Both parties shall keep confidential all business secrets obtained under this agreement and shall not disclose them to third parties except as required by law or court order. Breach of confidentiality shall result in legal liability and compensation.
Confidentiality survives the termination, invalidation, or expiration of this agreement.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China.
Any disputes shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If unresolved, either party may submit the dispute to the People’s Court of Qiaoxi District, Shijiazhuang City, where this agreement is executed.
This agreement takes effect when the customer or their agent clicks “Agree” or as otherwise agreed in writing.
